Vitrified diamond grinding wheel in the technical application of carbide
Vitrified diamond grinding wheel have high strength, heat resistance, sharp cutting, grinding efficiency, grinding process is not easy to heat and congestion, a small amount of thermal expansion, maintain a good shape, easy control precision. Compared with resin diamond grinding wheel, it solves the problems of low resin diamond grinding wheel life and low efficiency, poor shape retention, abrasive grinding process itself in the volatility of the issue. At present, the carbide tool grinding, most manufacturers choose or resin diamond wheel, although it can get the results we want to grinding, but grinding efficiency is very low.
Carbide
has high hardness, wear resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance and a series of excellent performance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance.
